Hallo again

Hello everybody, I wish to thank you all for your comments and messages for my damaged ankle. It  is very sloooooowly getting better, it’s not so easy to rest with three terrible children and so many work to do… But I always take my time for some little projects 🙂

Ciao a tutti, voglio ringraziarvi per i vostri commenti e messaggi per la mia caviglia.  Diciamo che sta moooolto lentamente migliorando, non è facile riposare con tre bambini terribili e tante cose da fare… Ma cerco sempre di prendermi un po’ di tempo per i miei lavoretti 🙂

Teddy in the Garden is finally finished, after about one year, I couldn’t bear it anymore!

L’Orsetto Giardiniere è finalmente finito, dopo circa un anno non lo sopportavo più!

There it is, hanging on my living room’s wall, taking care of my (future) virtual garden (that is I would like to put some plants around there, when I’ll be able to go to the florist’s). I used a plain IKEA frame that I colored with a brown UNIPosca marker (I like it because I don’t have to clean brushes after painting ;)).

Ed eccolo qua, appeso al muro del soggiorno, a vegliare sul mio (futuro) giardino virtuale (nel senso che vorrei mettere qualche pianta in quell’angolo, non appena potrò andare dal fioraio). Ho usato una cornice grezza IKEA che ho colorato con un pennarello UNIPosca marrone (mi piace usarli perché così non devo pulire i pennelli dopo aver dipinto ;))

I really appreciated Cross Stitch Crazy’s patterns for weddings (issue n° 140), they are very quick and easy to do, I am stitching another one for another friend of mine (coming soon… ;)). The felted frame is from a five-pieces Opitec pack, I think it’s very useful and good-looking, don’t you?

Ho molto apprezzato gli schemi matrimoniali di Cross Stitch Crazy (n. 140), sono molto veloci e facili da fare, infatti ne sto facendo un altro per un altro amico (prossimamente su questi schermi ;)). La cornice di feltro viene da un pacco da 5 di Opitec, le ho trovate molto utili e carine, che ne dite?

I filled it with some small photos of my children taken during our Tuscany Holidays in the Summer 2008. I had printed them too small and I just was wandering what to do with them, and this little album gave me the inspiration!

Io ho deciso di metterci le foto dei bambini prese durante le nostra vacanze in Toscana del 2008. Le avevo stampate troppo piccole e mi stavo giusto chiedendo cosa farne quando ho trovato questo album che mi ha dato l’ispirazione!
